I think the thing I like least about Mandrake is the package management. 
  The hoops one has to jump through to add a new source are IMHO 
unacceptably complex, and I prefer to see *all* packages, installed and 
not, in the same list.

I tried easyurpmi, but what it gave me generated a lot of errors when 
executed.  Also no waix sites.

I tried unsuccessfully to add mirror.pacific.net.au's 10.0/Official but 
could not figure out how to specify the hdlist.

I like the looks of SUSE 9.2, but the APC (March) DVD is not 
developer-friendly.  Good thing I have broadband...
