[plug] Up to date Ubuntu WAIX mirror

Hiya all,

Does anyone know of an up to date Ubuntu WAIX mirror that carries Hoary
(the current testing branch)? I have my sources.list file pointed at
UWA's mirror but while that may work for warty, hoary doesn't seem to
get any updates to it (especially the ppc arch). At the moment I have my
sources.list file pointed at archive.ubuntu.com but a local waix mirror
would be nicer on my download limit.

Hope someone in the know can help.
