[plug] lost email address

Hi guys, I realise this is a bit of a push but relative in NZ is trying
to sort out an email address that she has "@west.nck.com.au", but she is
getting an undeliverable response. Could anyone over there put me
straight on the mail server. Then we can start working on the weather
the name is wrong.
