[plug] nasty 'at' bug in ubuntu?

I was a bit shocked by this one. Couldn't google anything.
Scheduling a job by day of week across year boundary pushes it into the 
next year.
Affects hardy and intrepid here. Is it just me? Any other gnu systems 
affected?

Where to report? I looked at the source, but I don't speak YACC,
and its almost uncommented.
