Things have mostly gone smoothly after the migration.

The only real problem I've noticed was delivery to legacy
iiNet/WestNet/Internode/TPG addresses now handled by Atmail. It took
almost 2 days to finish delivering Sunday's mailing list traffic due
to their rate limiting. Hopefully this problem will correct itself as
we build a reputation for sending email from the new IP address.
