[plug] Bypass CGNAT for hosting website and email

Doesn't your ISP have the option of a public routable IP address?
I use Exetel, which is NATed by default.,but you can request not to be
NATed (for free), and although my IP address is not fixed, it is public, so
I just use a DynamicDNS service on top of that.
