[plug] Scary message upgrading from Debian bullseye to trixie

Thanks Joerg

I'd already done the diffs and can't see anything unusual, but the tmp 
file name startled me, unexpected in an official distribution. I'll go 
ahead with the maintainer's version.

Good tip for the sudo sshd -t, I didn't know that one.
