[PLUG-AV] PLUG Video streams intro video

May be a little premature, but I spoke of having branding for the
start/end of PLUG streams. I am lacking ANY video of PLUG, and have very
few photos from long ago....

images from this file to the live cameras (keep the audio for a bit). Or
