[PLUG-AV] DV cameras

Of course DV cameras are old now so 2nd hand is an option, here's a
few on gumtree I found:

The Panasonic NV-GS400 is a great camera (high end version of my
PV-GS15) due to 3CCD and good
low light ability. If we can get them down a bit I think PLUG should
make a purchase, would be a good
main camera.

The top result (JVC GR-DX77) looks like it has firewire and it's a
bargain at $85.

Could PLUG put up some money to grab one of these - or similarly cheap
2nd hand from ebay etc... ?
