[PLUG-AV] Last night's recording

Video quality seems good enough although size works out to 157MB/hr

- that flickering sucks, i'd prefer not to include it in the future :( (i.e.
we gotta work out what's wrong)

- that audio does NOT sound like it's from the wireless mic, almost certain
it's from one of the cameras (or worse, my laptop built-in mic). The lapel
mic sound is very different as it doesn't pick up the surrounding sound (as
much) where as this mic is clearly picking up the hum sound from the switch.
The interference with the wireless mic sounds more like AM radio static and
it's not that. We really need to verify audio before streaming/recording
next time - need to get some practice in and put together a checklist...

- It's just a bit too long, I think we should be giving a guideline to
speakers for 1hr max including questions. Really a talk of 45mins is the
upper limit and around the 30min mark would be better.
