[PLUG-AV] New icecast server for streaming.

Hi all,

Just so everyone is aware, I've "moved" the Icecast server from Pot (a
virtual server) to Bath (a new physical server). I've also given it the
DNS CNAME icecast.plug.org.au, so the full URL for it is
http://icecast.plug.org.au:8000/. Everything else is the same. This
Icecast server is available over IPv4 and IPv6. All config (ie,
passwords) are the same.
