Hi James

I'd say check if you only need quotes for the grant or final receipts to show
you've made the purchases. If the second, it may be better to pause and
finally pay the Kosmic price.

I think with your connections there too, if any of the kit failed then they'd
replace it fast and without question (since we know there buy price is at
least the net pricing you have found). If the gear needs repair or a quick
substitute, Kosmic are 30 minutes away during business hours. Even the
internet can't beat that ;)

All this unless, for any reason, you want to move faster than the grant process..
