[PLUG-AV] AV Project Grant Status: Lodged

Hello all,

So, with the recent push to get the grant moving, you;ll be pleased to
hear that the *paperwork has now been submitted*. We do need to probably
find one more referee who is not a member, but can recommend and talk
about PLUG and what it has done. I've already included John Felito
(Linux Aus President) and Rusty who have both agreed to vouch for us;
but we may need a third. Any suggestions?
