[PLUG-AV] LotteryWest grant update

Hi all,

Just a "no real news" message - I spoke with /LotteryWest/ today,
confimed they had our application, but they couldn't read the embedded
attachments, so I re-sent them. I'll ping them again tomorrow to ensure
they got that, and try and work out what happens next. For reference, I
spoke with Nikita.

PS: If anyone coming to the workshop on Monday has any XLR or other
professional mics, bring them along to play!
