Hey Tim,
Yes there was an issue with one source (video camera) set to widescreen mode
and the screen grabber set to normal mode. This led to the letter boxing and
perhaps weirdness with resulting aspect ratio.
I also suspect, now, that it was the reason for issues with audio as when I
was switching between the 2 video streams it was causing some hiccups and at
one point killed the stream too. Once I left it on the screen grabber, or
screen grabber with video as picture-in-picture, (i.e. aspect ratio didn't
change any more) then it was all good to the end of the talk.
