[PLUG-AV] Possible goals for presentation productions?

Random ideas - add yours in:

  * Two projectors in the room
      o One for the presenter's content
      o One for the dvsink live video for the audience to see)
  * Confidence screen for presenter to see current video feed
  * Background media panel behind speaker (unless the screen is there).
    White? Printed with repeated logo?
  * Tablecloth over table, and in front (what colour? white? black?)
  * Radio hand held mic (or two) for questions (urgently needed)
  * Confirm 60 minute duration; signal 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 60
    seconds before end.
  * Likewise, get co-ordination from vision desk between title sequence
    end and capture start (tally lights may help if we can get that
    working?)
  * Get tight shots and wide shots happening smoothly. Coordination
    between cameras and vision desk (mumble).


Then comes the question of people:

  * Someone monitoring IRC for questions (sat in the front row to one side?)
  * Someone monitoring audio on desk for quality (not vision mixing)
  * Someone monitoring video feed for result (not vision mixing)
  * Someone to hand question mic around
  * Vision mixer desk
  * Each camera op (plus a standby op to give them a break)


So with two cameras, thats 7 - 9 separate people we could do with
turning up in time to get hit ready. See if you can encourage anyone
else to come play... (I'll post out to the PLUG list)...
