[PLUG-AV] Re-encode of videos

Hello all,
Please take a look at the videos on http://www.plug.org.au/video/2012/
with the "-a" at the end of their name s- these have been re-encoded
with the intro/outro. If you think they're OK then *SAY SO* and I'll
rename them to replace the original videos. I'm working my way backwards
so have also started to populate the 2011 videos too....
