Looks like cloth tape with a non sticky section in the middle. It
would make the cables less gummy over time, much easier to stick down
and stick better. But we'd use at least a roll per event (75ft ~ 23m),
which will get expensive. Something reusable would be worth looking
at.

Just noting that the tripsafe stuff is quite expensive. If Michael
bring in a sample, maybe we can look at how to make our own.
