[PLUG-AV] Govhack this weekend

I can come along to help set up Friday night and do a bit.

To note, streaming needs attention:

The last session was a complete failure. No stream and the record failed
halfway through.

If the main unit can be brought for our thursday meeting (presuming it's
still on), I can probably sort it out over Thursday evening/Friday at work.
