[PLUG-AV] updated AV image

Cool Jason.
With the ALSA detect routine, can you strip that from the dv_menu and
move it into the actual alsa capture script. Often we start dv_menu
BEFORE we've plugged in the mixer to the USB, so it doesn't get detected
unless we kill everything and restart dv_menu.
