[PLUG-AV] [plug-ctte] Quiz night and prizes

I think Harry's idea is a good one. I think I still have a Pi lying
around as an unclaimed prize a few quizzes back.
If we can get a few donations of various boards, we can put together a
table, and each winner can pick an item.
As to questions, I'd be happy to do something here, I'd like to let
James H have an option to respond first though.
