Unfortunately I depart next week for at least a month so will not be
able to manage this.

Are people interested in doing this again and does someone want to
take on this managing this project?

Dear Luke,

Thanks again for the assistance PLUG gave WAIA in streaming our AGM last year.

We are in the beginning stages of planning our AGM for 2014 and would
like to see if the PLUG team would like to come on board to assist by
streaming our AGM again.

We think it is a real value for our interstate members to be able to
join in the AGM via web stream, and I am sure we can learn from last
year and make things run a bit smoother! I have already booked the
venue (same as last year) and allowed a greater amount of set up time
so we are not as rushed!

Event Details as follows
Event: WAIA AGM
Location: The Mosman Room, The Hyatt, Perth
Date: Tuesday 9th September
Time: Set up from 2pm - AGM formalities commence approx. 6pm
