[PLUG-AV] Streaming WAIA AGM Tuesday 20140909-1400

Hi Nick

I am happy to help and didn't realise last time there was a per diem. Given 
it's a quick bike ride into the venue I'd be happy for my per diem to go to 
support PLUG but for people that have parking and so on, it should be included.
