Thanks Andrew, definitely things for and against

My feeling is we at least need to have more people on the committee and av
committee say yes than no

I agree, we probably do need a Member of the AV team to help with this

PLUG does need a better way to handle these requests in future

An inventory list is needed especially if the gear is borrowed for an event
like EoTW
