Just throwing my 2c worth in, I'm more than happy for Luke to use the
equipment. He has been an active member of the AV team and I believe he is
pretty well across EventStreamr (In-fact I thought he even had a hand in
writing some of the UI parts of it?)

It looks like Luke has got all the bases covered, he has offered
pickup/drop off, PLUG will get a donation, damage is covered, he has
volunteers at EotW and I am confident in his ability to handle the
equipment.
