[PLUG-AV] Plugs Mixer

Really strange - was the usb connected during the power cycles? Maybe the laptop was doing something strange to it.

Not too sure where we want to go with a replacement, smaller usb devices are generally designed for home studios, and don't have the mixing features, while smaller mixers don't normally have usb. 

Unfortunately our use case is not well catered for. Maybe we should look at separating capture and mixing...
