Agreed, the audiogram looks ok, enough inputs, unfortunately there is no pan (or balance), which is quite an oversight - it forces us to either sum everything to mono, or accept our two mics forced hard right and left.

I generally keep the main speaker/presenter centered, and pan the audience questions left a bit to give some perspective - I know we then render everything down to mono in the video, but it would be good to retain a nice stereo image as we move to higher quality video. (What about 5.1 ?)

As to levels, the clip indicator is there, and we really should be trying to visualise the levels in software so we get a good view post processing. Something for gstswitch to implement?
