Hey Tim,

Thanks for chasing this up.

Just to confirm

Friday min specs;

I'm not sure what you would prefer us to aim for here, did you want us
to capture the pitches in the vault or introductions in the main area.
We may be able to do both but we have limited equipment and so we
would be shifting the cameras, audio equipment and laptop capture
devices. I'm uncertain we'll have the volunteers and time to do this.

Sunday min specs;

Could you confirm if judging will occur in main area or vault. Once
again if you intend to do the close in the foyer and judging in vault
we would have to shift equipment to capture both. Given the expected
crowd size this may prove difficult.

Control desk in one of the meeting rooms,
Video/audio capture occurring in Vault or main area,
Streamed in dv (minimal delay) to projector in main area,
Streamed with >10 second delay online.

I'll shoot an email to plug av once we've confirmed what we're aiming
for to ensure plug members availability and confidence in doing this
project.

If what I'm suggesting/asking is not making sense feel free to call me
on ---- -- ---.

cheers,
luke
