Hey Kelly, Will and Nick

Thanks for the email and considering PLUG once again. We value WAIA's
continued support.

We will have a just have a chat with the other heads of the AV sub
committee and plug committee.

Nick is heavily involved in the AV, so if he wants to run it or help run it
that will be good from our point of point of view.

As long as plug has enough notice to organise and run it, it should be a
green light from our end.

I will table this for discussion for our Monday evening 20150720 committee
meeting and we will contact you shortly after that.
