Two, please. The important thing is that they "just work" with multiple
devices, no login or captive portal necessary. (which was a major trouble
when it cut out unexpectedly at the 2013 WAIA AGM)
Two or three medium tables (it would be good to use one for a camera
station) and 4 chairs should be good.
We still expect about four volunteers, give or take one - I'll try to
collect some names. Currently Michael Van Delft (current PLUG President)
and myself (PLUG and WAIA member) should be attending.
A 20-32GB USB thumb key (or hard drive) will be good to save the footage
on afterwards, optionally.
I'll aim to arrive at 2-3pm Monday, myself, sort myself out with parking
and start to bring things up. If there are hiccups or we haven't run
into each other by 3pm, call or SMS:

When the streaming is running, viewers should be able to find it at:
http://icecast.plug.org.au:8000/
If everything is correctly configured they should at the time be able
to simply click a link on that page to start watching.
In case of any problems, we recommend installing VLC from
http://www.videolan.org/ to watch it. Choose the Media -> Open
Network Stream menu option, the correct URL to watch it should
be similar to:
http://icecast.plug.org.au:8000/WAIA-live.ogg
...however we recommend announcing/confirming that live on the night,
through IRC, twitter or a similar channel.
Nick.
