Hey guys
Quick plug end of year summary

-Finances
1. Bank balance today is $4,345
1.1 Plus approx $400 in the cash box
2. Expenses/Outgoings around a bout $50 I spent on drinks and Michael
probably spent around about $50 on food for the Kings Park BBQ. Pizza for
the Nov talk $116
3. Incomings about $70 for Dec/November

-Memberships
For both December and November up to 24/12/2015
3x Full memberships
1x Concession

-Events
1. Kings Park BBQ went well, a few new faces and peoples partners. And of
course the usual suspects ;)
We know the rest of you are busy with work and family end of year things ;)
2. PLUG AGM the usual Tuesday 12/01/16 and a lighting talk by the ECU
students
3. No more talks confirmed as far as I'm aware?

-General
1. AGM notice and info emailed more than 21 days ahead.
2. Kate Kirwin the events organiser at Spacecubed wants me to resign a
sponsorship agreement for 2016
and is not happy with me cancelling our spacecubed December event so late.
I have tried to smooth that over and will go and see her in January.
I will take care of this whether I'm on the committee or not
3. Need to add Spacecubed logo as a sponsor to PLUG website
4. Luke has been working on new plug website to move away from Drupal
I think that's it ?

Big thanks to Nick, Michael, Leon, Peter for always being at the events and
organising AV and WAIA !! ;D

have a good Christmas and Holiday break. Look forward to working with you
all in 2016
