Certainly is greylisting. Are you or someone you know on bigpond? If so, 
contact me offlist and we can setup a time to do a test, if bigpond is 
really that bad, we'll just whitelist it's smtp servers. I've been using 
the same setup that is now on the plug servers, for over a year on my 
own servers that handle a number of clients, and so far no complaints, 
so hopefully bigpond isn't all that bad.
