[off-topic] SIMM cards and hardware

A mate of mine has been trying to do exactly this ; you can only get
Bigpond pre-paid now, Telstra will only do post-paid. The "solution"
they gave him was a normal SIM - $10 SIM with $20 for 2gb data.
