I have quite a bit of experience and am more than willing to lend a hand
with your project, I know there are a couple of others here that also have
such experience. Matt Kemner and (I think) Lindsay Allan to start with.
As for ISPs, though you'd be very fortunate to find a list, I suspect that
any ISP with an admin on this list probably offers it, though I can only
confirm four personally (Crawcom, Citynet, Networx and IT)
It would probably be a good idea to use an ISP with Linux servers/Linux
experience. Keep us posted,
