[plug] Returned emails

Hi all,

I am getting an ever increasing number of bounced emails from this list.

In an effort to control this, I am introducing a new rule - if an email to
your address bounces to me 3 times, I will remove you from the list.

If anyone has any strenuous objections to this, please let me know.
