For walk-in users who want a point-and-click multi-window interface.

I personally use IRC-II on a VT-220 plugged into the back of one of the
browser machines. If I can figure out how to use the silly things, I'll
soon be using an Esprit "Opus LT" network terminal over BNC through the
same machine.
