[plug] RealTek Problems

Nov  2 12:05:37 enterprise kernel: eth0: Transmit timeout, status 0d 0000.
This error appears after about 3 hours running perfectly in the server...

Does anyone have any ideas why this could be?

Details: Dual PPro 200, Stallion 64 port card, running kernel 2.0.35
