You do what you've tried to do. As far as I can tell you aren't
on the list. I certainly can't see anything that looks like
your email address except perhaps for someone that might
be a work colleague.

Forward me a message from the list, with all headers intact, and I'll
see if I can see where it is coming from.

Mailing postmaster in the first instance would have saved you
