NetTrek does Internet Cafe things, doesn't it? I seem to remember people
being referred there when Smileys was full.

If so, have you considered opening later and/or for a few hours on
Sundays? When I'm working in at Smileys on my Favourite Working Day
("nothing was stirring, not even a mouse..." - well, _one_ mouse, and a
keyboard...) I typically get two or three calls a day asking if we're
open or know of an Internet cafe open today. Smileys is trying to focus
on hardware, software and ISP income.
