Ahh!!!

Change into /usr/src/ and have a look at the directory structure.

RedHat installs linux as /usr/src/linux-<version> (from memory) while the 
kernel group use /usr/src/linux. From memory there is a sym link from 
/usr/src/linux to that current version. Other sym links that you need to check 
are /usr/include/linux and /usr/include/asm.

/usr/include/linux => /usr/src/linux/include/linux/
/usr/include/asm => /usr/src/linux/include/asm/
