[plug] sendmail anti-relay help needed

Hi,

I'm running sendmail 8.9.1 and need to prevent the box being used for spam
relay.  I have looked on the web but all the stuff I found is _way_ over
my head.

Any help will be most appreciated.  (Using sendmail_8.9.1-6.deb)
