[plug] 2.1.x, masq and eql - bug or feature

For the last year or so I have used eql and masquerade in a fairly big way
and quite successfully with 2.0.x kernels. Now I am using 2.1.x kernels
and find that the behaviour has changed. Masqueraded packets are not
returned if they come in on a different interface from the one they went
out on. So is this a bug or a feature? This make the use of eql
problematic at best.

Can anyone suggest a suitable person or forum where I can raise this
matter and try to get it changed before 2.1.x becomes 2.2.x ?
