[plug] Adding PPP

Check out http://www.fokus.gmd.de/linux/RedHat/PPP-Tips-6.html - It's a
VERY EASY method to get ppp up-and-running on Redhat using it's excellent
netcfg tool under XWindows - it's _REALLY easy_... 8-)

Works off a stock install of Redhat 5.1 without a hitch...
