[plug] Setting up X-Windows Proxy.

Could someone please give me an Idiots Guide to setting up X-Windows
proxy, or some such, so that I can run X apps through an IP Masq
gateway? (Preferrably with compression).
ie; "Type this on one server, and that on the other".
I just need to get this working and docs on the subject are rather
cryptic for my current mental state (all-night BroodWar PC Bash).
