[plug] Samba printing problems

AAARRGG!
Now when I restart Samba, the clients refuse to talk to it until they are
rebooted.  That is - sometimes, intermittantly, unpredicatably.
 Time to push it aside before I go mad.

  I have "wins support = yes". Is that a bad thing?
