Thats what I thought, it's all explained pretty well with a traceroute..
I tend to be pretty concious with bandwidth because of Omen's
150mb/month
direct download limit.. which is dead easy to blow while downloading
things
such as a Debian CD Image.. Thus a traceroute explains all, because
bandwidth
from WAIX is not counted as direct traffic..
