[plug] dual processors

Given the most demanding device used in the system (one wanting most
throughput to) is the HDD, then I was thinking of only putting them on the
UltraDMA/66 controller. Everything else can hang off the other IDE
controller.

Like I said all devices seem to be going IDE (well storage at least) It
doesn't take much in terms of upgrading (i.e. buy a second disk) before you
start to run out.

SCSI is certainly the way to go but it is still way too expensive in
comparison to IDE (especially disk wise).

Yeah you can throw money and make things work, but if you do it out of the
home budget the wife starts to throw things at you !!!!

I'd expect most modern stuff to work OK. Probably just your old 4x CDROMS
and small HDD.
