[plug] APT Proxy

Hi all,

Has anyone here used apt-proxy?  I can't seem to get it to work.  It's
installed and I can connect to it fine but when I try to 'apt-get
update' on the client after pointing my sources.list to the proxy it
fails saying:
	Err http://proxy unstable/main Packages
	  404 Not Found

It then pauses saying "Waiting for file..." but doesn't download
anything.  I'm just wondering if maybe someone else has used this before
and can point out the (probably blindingly obvious) thing that I'm doing
wrong...
