You may only be able to "see" the directory of the person you logon as but
should be able to access all the other relevant shares by using the
"Start/Run" dialouge box and typing in "\\YourSambaBox\User1" or whatever.

The reason you can not see the all the other existing shares is you have
[homes]
browsable=no

Turn browsable on to be able to see all relevant shares

As a side point... security... i would strongly suggest adding to your
[homes] definitions something like:

valid users = %S administrator

otherwise even though the shares may not be visible any tom, dick and harry
can access anyone elses home share using the aforementioned technique.

(My disclaimer... if the suggestion of typing in the server and share name
directly into a run command doesn't work it is would be due to some quirk
related to you using NT as your authentication server... I'm using linux
samba to do my domain logins as well as my homes shares and stuff.)
