My recent experience with PC's tends to suggest that not all Windows
crashes are Windows' fault. (-:

Installing Linux reduced the crash rate on one box from six-to-twelve
system lockups a day (with L2 cache disabled, more with it on) to one or
two app crashes per day. A new motherboard (and CPU) reduced that to
zero.
